Taking Orders For Beef

With one of our lovely boys just gone to the abattoir, we’re now taking orders for beef boxes. The carcase is currently hanging to dry-age for about a month to further develop and intensify the fabulous flavour coming through from all that lovely Devon grass and flowers. During the dry-aging process, the beef loses weight, hence in the end you are actually get more meat for your money! The cuts of beef will then be expertly prepared and vac-packed by master butcher Ian White at Woodland View, less than one mile from our farm, ready for delivery to you around 15th November. Follow the navigation at the top of our site to find out more about the beef boxes and email me on sales@triffordsfarm.co.uk. This will be the last chance to get some of our meat in your freezer before Christmas as our next boy will probably go on in January.
